Privacy and tracking information — updated 15 October 2026.
Controller and contact
Concepty's publisher is responsible for the processing described here. Questions and data-rights requests: contact@concepty.fr. Publisher information is available in the legal notice.
Contact messages
First name, name, email, subject and message are used to answer and follow up on enquiries and transmitted via the configured email provider. They are not published. Retention depends on the time necessary to handle the request and applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion subject to those obligations.
Essential cookies
A PHP session cookie may be used to protect forms. The analytics choice is stored locally in the browser under concepty_cookie_consent_v1 for up to six months.
Local aggregate page-view metrics
A server-side counter totals page views by day and section, including article and plugin detail pages, for internal reporting. It does not place cookies, retain IP addresses or browsing identifiers, or measure unique visitors. These counts are separate from Google Analytics. Common automated bots are filtered when possible.
Optional Google Analytics
When configured, Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) measures visits. It is loaded only after explicit acceptance. You can reject it or change your mind using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal reloads the page and attempts to remove first-party analytics cookies. Google may process data under its privacy terms, potentially outside the EU. See Google's privacy policy.
Rights and complaints
Data is kept as long as necessary to handle requests and meet legal obligations. You may have access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection rights. Contact contact@concepty.fr; you may also complain to the French regulator CNIL.
