Module description
Floating Contact for WordPress is a free plugin by Concepty that places a discreet contact bubble on your website. Visitors click the bubble to open a contact panel with your business information: a heading, introductory text, telephone number, email address and a customizable call-to-action link. You can change the content and appearance in the WordPress dashboard without editing the theme.
A practical floating contact box
The bubble stays closed by default, then opens on click. Choose a bottom-left or bottom-right position and adjust spacing to keep it separate from existing fixed buttons. The contact panel is responsive and can be shown independently on desktop and mobile.
Telephone numbers are clickable, email addresses can open the visitor’s email application, and the optional button links to an existing contact page, booking page or another URL of your choice. Blank fields are omitted from the panel automatically.

Installation
1. Download the Concepty Floating Contact 1.0.0 ZIP archive.
2. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
3. Upload and activate the ZIP.
4. Open Contact flottant from the main administration menu.
5. Enter the contact information, configure the appearance and save.
6. Check the result on desktop and mobile.
Common questions
Does this plugin send messages?
No. It displays your business details and links to an existing page. It does not add a contact form or chatbot.
Can I hide the email address?
Yes. Phone, email and the call-to-action button are all optional.
Can I use it on mobile?
Yes. The panel adapts to smaller screens, and mobile display can be switched off independently.
What are the requirements?
The plugin declares WordPress 5.8+ and PHP 7.4+. The displayed 6.X/7.X WordPress families do not imply that every minor release has been tested; the provided screenshots were taken with WordPress 7.1.3. Your theme must correctly call wp_footer().
