Free PrestaShop module for customer document uploads
Concepty Customer Documents adds a dedicated file-upload area to the PrestaShop customer account and provides a document-management panel directly in the back-office customer record. It helps merchants collect certificates, business credentials, supporting documents and other files without handling everything through email attachments.
Customers signed into their account open the Documents section, upload a file and optionally provide a descriptive name. Previously uploaded files are listed with the original filename, upload date and file size. Available actions include viewing files and, if enabled by the merchant, deleting them.

How it works in the administration area
Open Customers > Customers and select a customer. In the documents panel, you can review the files linked to the account, open them, change their labels or add a new document. Files added by the administrator are associated with the same customer account.
Examples of use
This module can help with professional attestations, trade credentials, Certibiocide documents, training certificates and administrative paperwork. It stores the submitted document but does not verify regulatory validity, expiry dates or approval status automatically.
Storage and security
On new installations, files are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored under PrestaShop's var/conceptydocuments/ directory. They are served only through access-controlled endpoints. Previous installations keep their existing external storage folder to preserve uploaded files. File extensions and detected MIME types are checked. Merchants remain responsible for hosting permissions, preserving the shop encryption secret during migrations, backups, retention rules and GDPR compliance.
Installation and compatibility
Install conceptydocuments-1.0.0.zip from the PrestaShop module manager, then configure the customer-facing title, helper text, file-size limit and customer deletion option. Test uploads and access using a sample customer account before production.
Version 1.0.0, designed for the PrestaShop 9.X family. Screenshots are from a local PrestaShop 9.2.0 installation. Your exact version and hosting environment should be checked. Compatibility with PrestaShop 8 or 1.7 is not claimed.
