Free floating contact module for PrestaShop
Concepty Floating Contact adds a discreet, floating contact bubble to your PrestaShop storefront. When visitors click it, a contact panel opens with your introduction, telephone number, email address and an optional button leading to a page of your choice. It helps shoppers find a way to reach your team without searching the footer of every page.
This is a lightweight contact shortcut, not a chatbot or a message submission form. The phone and email are clickable links; the call-to-action can point to the built-in PrestaShop contact page, a service page or a quotation request.
What can you customize?
Text, contact details and destination link
Edit the small bubble label, the panel title and the description in the module settings. Add your phone number and email address, define the button wording and enter its URL. Empty optional fields are not displayed, so the panel stays tidy even if you only want to publish one contact method.
Display on desktop and mobile
Enable or disable the module globally, then independently control desktop and mobile visibility. This is useful for stores that already have fixed buttons or banners on smaller screens.
Colors, side and spacing
Set the primary color, choose the bottom-left or bottom-right position, and adjust the distance from the bottom and side of the screen. Those controls can help avoid overlap with existing theme components such as a scroll-to-top button.
Live preview in the back office
The settings page provides a live preview and desktop/mobile switches, helping you check how the bubble and the open panel will look before saving. The screenshots supplied with this listing come from a local PrestaShop 9.2.0 installation.
Why add a floating contact bubble?
A visible contact shortcut is useful when customers have questions about stock, sizes, shipping, technical details or B2B quotations. It makes existing channels easier to discover, while keeping the browsing experience focused on your products. It does not provide ticketing, live chat or automatic replies.
Installing the module
1. Download concepty-contact-flottant-prestashop-1.0.0.zip.
2. Open Modules > Module Manager in PrestaShop.
3. Select Upload a module and choose the downloaded ZIP.
4. Configure the bubble text, contact details and optional destination button.
5. Set the color, position and margins; save your changes.
6. Check the contact panel on desktop and mobile in your storefront.
You do not need to edit the theme or manually import SQL into the store to install this module.

The module version is 1.0.0. This listing displays PrestaShop 9.X, supported by an actual screenshot from 9.2.0. Its declared code-level range also includes 8.x, but all intermediate versions and themes have not been independently validated. Please test on your exact environment before production deployment.
Frequently asked questions
Can I hide the contact button on mobile?
Yes. Mobile and desktop visibility can be configured separately, or you can disable the whole module.
Can I move the bubble to the left?
Yes. Set the left or right position and adjust horizontal and bottom spacing.
Does the panel send emails directly?
No. It displays a clickable email address and can link to a contact page. It does not collect or submit visitor messages.
Do I need to display a phone number?
No. Leave the phone field empty and it will not appear in the contact panel.
